- confitures fraise/ figue/ framboise -





Comment stériliser vos pots?
Il suffit de les laver à l'eau très chaude puis de les mettre dans le four à 90 - 100 ° C pendant le temps de la  préparation de la confiture. Ne pas oublier de mettre aussi les couvercles!

FIGUES
1 kg de figues (2 cagettes du marché)
pectine (en sachet) 
500 gr de sucre
3 cm de gingembre



Pour faire environ 12 pots(de 125 ml):

Laver et couper en petits morceaux les figues.
Les mettre dans une marmite. Verser sur les fruits la pectine (lire la quantité sur la notice) et mélanger.


Mettre à cuire a feu vif tout en remuant.
Quand les fruits se mettent à bouillir, verser le sucre. Mélanger jusqu'à ce que le liquide se remette à bouillir.

Écumer le mélange.
Verser avec une louche dans les pots stérilisés, fermer avec le couvercle puis retourner les pots jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient froids.

FRAMBOISES
3kg de framboises (une cagette du marché)
3 kg (6 tasses) de sucre
pectine en sachet (la quantité indiquée sur la notice)




Pour faire environ 10 pots (de 125 ml):

Laver les framboises, bien les égoutter puis les écraser pour les réduire en purée.
Verser  dans une marmite, ajouter la pectine , bien mélanger.
Mettre sur feu vif et mélanger jusqu'à ébullition.
Quand ça boue, verser le sucre.
Continuer à mélanger jusqu'à ébullition.
Écumer et verser dans les pots.
Fermer avec le couvercle et mettre à refroidir en retournant les pots.

FRAISE:



14 tasses de fraises coupées en petits morceaux
14 tasses de sucre
pectine (en sachet)



Pour faire environ 15 pots:

Laver les fraises et les couper en petits morceaux.
Verser dans une marmite, ajouter la pectine, bien mélanger.
Mettre sur feu vif et mélanger jusqu'à ébullition.
Quand ça boue, verser le sucre.
Continuer à mélanger jusqu'à ébullition.
Écumer et verser dans les pots.
Fermer avec le couvercle et mettre à refroidir en retournant les pots.





How to easily sterilize you jam jars?
You just need to wash them under hot water and put them in oven to 90-100°C during the jam cooking time.
Do not forget to put also jars' caps!


FIG JAM ( 12 jam jars -125 ml)


1 kg of figs (2 market crates)
packet of pectin

Cook it on a gentle fire while stirring continuously.
When fruits are boiling, pour sugar and mix the whole until the heating liquid begins to re-boil.
Remove the scum from the mix.
Fill the sterilized jars, close them with caps and turn around jars until they get colder.



RASPERRY JAM (10  jam jars- 125ml)


3 kgs of rasperries (1 market crate)
3kgs sugar (6 cups)
packet of pectin (read the directions for the pectin use



Wash rasperries, well strain them and mash it into puree
Pour pectin onto fruits, put on a fierce heat and mix until boiling
Remove the scum from the mix.
Fill the sterilized jars, close them with caps and turn around jars until they get colder.





STRAWBERRY JAM (15 jam jars -125 ml)


14 cups of diced strawberries
14 cups of sugar
packet of pectin (read the directions for the pectin use)



Wash and dice strawberries.
Pour the diced strawberries into a cooking-pot, add pectin onto fruits and mix.
Cook it on a fierce fire while stirring continuously.
When fruits are boiling, pour sugar and mix the whole until the heating liquid begins to re-boil.
Remove the scum from the mix.
Fill the sterilized jars, close them with caps and turn around jars until they get colder.

- SALADE DE QUINOA POMME POIRE - APPLE PEAR QUINOA SALAD


       


Ingrédients : 
  • 2 tasses  de quinoa
  • 2 pommes         
  • 2 poires  
  • 1 petit concombre
  • 4 petits oignons blancs
  • 1 tasse de tomates cerises
  • 1 tasse de raisins (frais) verts
  • 1 tasse de raisins rouges
  • 1 morceau de cheddar ou emmental
  • 1 tasse de graines de citrouille 
  • feuilles de basilic  
 



Mettre de l'eau à bouillir puis verser le quinoa. Laisser cuire 12 à 14 minutes.(Quand la petite tige se détache c est cuit). Egoutter et faire refroidir sous l eau froide. Mettre dans le saladier.

Peler et couper les  pommes et les poires en  petits morceaux.
Couper les tomates cerises en 2 et les  petits oignons en rondelles.
Couper le cheddar en petits cubes.
Faire cuire au four les graines de citrouille.
Ajouter le basilc dans le quinoa.
Mélanger tous les ingrédients avec le quinoa.
Servir frais avec une sauce gingembre- soya. 




Ingredients:   
  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 2 apples        
  • 2 pears
  • 1 little cucumber
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup of green grapes
  • 1 cup of red grapes
  • 1 piece of cheddar or emmental
  • 1 cup of pumpkin seed
  • basil




Make water boil and add quinoa (ratio 2 cups of water for 1 of quinoa). Put lid to cook and let it simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until the germ separates from the seed (the cooked germ looks like a tiny curl).  Then remove it from heat, drain it, cool under cold water and put it into a bowl.
Peel and cut :
  • apples and pears into small pieces
  • cherry tomatoes in two
  • onions in slices
  • cheddar into small cubes
Bake the pumpkin seeds.
Mix all ingredients with quinoa and add basil.
Serve it chilled with a ginger-soya dressing.







SAUCE SOYA GINGEMBRE:

1/2 tasse d huile d'olive
2 c à s de vinaigre balsamique
1/4 tasse de lait de soya 
1/4 tasse d'eau
1 c. à s. de moutarde forte
1 c. à c. de beurre de peanut
2 à 3 cm de gingembre
Sel- Poivre







GINGER SOYA DRESSING:

1/2 cup of olive oil
2 tbs of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soya milk
1/4 cup of water
1 tbs of mustard  (Dijon)
1 teaspoon of butter peanut
2 - 3 cm ginger
Salt- Pepper
